Discussion Circle
Our journey begins with the Discussion Circle, a pivotal part of our creative exploration. Here, we gather to dive deep into meaningful topics that resonate with our crafty souls. From unleashing creativity to fostering self-belief, we embrace imperfection as a gateway to bravery. It’s not about achieving perfection; it’s about nurturing the courage to experiment, to cherish the creative process, and to honor our growth with boundless kindness and joy.

The Creative Journey – Self Belief
About Lesson

Now that we’ve met the inner critic and seen how it tends to run the show, it’s time to take the mic back. This part of the journey is all about learning how to shift the stories we tell ourselves — the ones that quietly (or loudly!) say “I’m not creative enough,” “I always mess things up,” or “Everyone else is better than me.”

These thoughts might feel like facts, but they’re just old stories — and you, my creative friend, have the power to rewrite them.

In this section, we’ll explore gentle but powerful ways to reframe the narrative and build up your creative self-belief one thought at a time.

We’ll also work throught some ways of reframing our Self Belief Narative through easy journalling prompts.

Use the workbook and complete all the questions. Doesn’t have to be perfect. Its just a way to get you thinking about the topics.
